Hereby, 58.48% of the share capital was present. This represented 65.17% of the total number of shares with voting rights. The General Meeting approved all agenda items unanimously.<\/p>\n<p>Approval of the annual accounts<br \/>\nThe Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of smartphoto group NV approved the statutory annual accounts for the financial year closed on 31 December 2023, including the appropriation of the result as proposed by the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<p>Distribution 2023 dividend<br \/>\nThe Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of smartphoto group NV approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to pay to the shareholders a gross dividend for 2023 of 1,05 euro per share, an increase of 5.0% compared to last year.<\/p>\n<p>This dividend will be payable as from 15 May 2024.
