Hereby, 58.28% of the share capital was present. This represented 62.23% of the total number of shares with voting rights. The General Meeting approved all agenda items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #009cdb;\">Approval of the annual accounts<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of smartphoto group NV approved the statutory annual accounts for the financial year closed on December 31, 2021, including the appropriation of the result as proposed by the Board of Directors. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #009cdb;\">Distribution 2021 dividend<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of smartphoto group NV approved the proposal of the Board of Directors to pay to the shareholders a gross dividend for 2021 of 0.65 euro per share, an increase of 8.33% compared to last year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This dividend will be payable as from May 18, 2022.
