{"id":10300,"date":"2025-01-06T19:44:07","date_gmt":"2025-01-06T17:44:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.smartphotogroup.com\/?p=10300"},"modified":"2025-01-06T19:44:10","modified_gmt":"2025-01-06T17:44:10","slug":"smartphoto-group-disclosure-notification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.smartphotogroup.com\/en\/smartphoto-group-disclosure-notification\/","title":{"rendered":"smartphoto group &#8211; Disclosure notification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>PRESS RELEASE \u2013 Regulated information<br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Wetteren, 10 December 2024 \u2013 07.15 p.m.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">smartphoto group &#8211; Euronext Brussels: SMAR<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">According to Article 9bis of the articles of association of smartphoto group NV, each holder of voting securities must notify when the voting rights attached to the voting securities reach, exceed or fall below the thresholds of 3%, 5%, or any multiple of 5% of the total\u00a0 number of existing voting rights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">In accordance with Article 14 and Article 29 of the Law of May 2, 2007 on disclosure of major holdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, and containing various provisions, smartphoto group NV discloses the following notification:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Notification received on 9 December 2024<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">The companies Cecan NV, Midelco NV, Cecan Invest NV and Isarick NV, as well as Mr Philippe Vlerick, Doorniksewijk 49, B &#8211; 8500 Kortrijk, have informed the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) and smartphoto group NV that on 26 November 2024, Cecan Invest NV sold its 269 864 smartphoto shares to its parent company Cecan NV, and has withdrawn from the agreement to act in concert.
