The ex-dividend date is set at 15 May 2023, and the record date is 16 May 2023.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #238bdb;\">Approval of dividend payment for 2021<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 11 May 2022 of smartphoto group NV approved the proposal to distribute a dividend of 0.65 euro gross per share to the shareholders.<\/p>\n<p>The dividend will be payable as of May 18, 2022.
